Local Flavours

Local Flavours is a network in the Frontenac Arch Biosphere and surrounding region for local food producers, restaurants and outlets. Local Flavours connects people, and foods of the region.

Tastes and qualities of our farm-fresh vegetables, fruits and meats are quite special. The very landscape that makes for a richly complex natural environment is a mosaic of a wealth of soil types. There are no factory farms here. Producers, and therefore our network restaurants and producers, have an intimate relationship with the land that flavours a taste and freshness of the region itself.
